The Fife Lake Area Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 11th, 2023 at 6:30 pm to gather public input on amendments to the Fife Lake Township Zoning Ordinance that would change the permitted hours of operation, and add walk-up windows, drive-thru service, and drive-in service as permitted uses at licensed marihuana provisioning centers. The public hearing will be held at the Fife Lake Township Office, 134 Morgan Street, Fife Lake, MI 49633.

The public is invited to attend the public hearing to provide comments in person. Written comments will be accepted until April 11, 2023 at 5:00pm at firstname.lastname@example.org, or at the Fife Lake Township Office attn. Fife Lake Area Planning Commission by mail or during regular office hours at 134 Morgan Street, P.O. Box 87, Fife Lake, MI 49633. Please note that comments received after April 7, 2023 may not be included in planning commissioner’s meeting packets and, therefore, may not be read prior to the meeting.
