Public Hearing
Tuesday, June 14th, 2022 at 6:30 pm

The Fife Lake Area Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, June 14th, 2022 at 6:30 pm to gather public input on the Village of Fife Lake’s draft Marihuana Ordinance. The meeting will be held at the Fife Lake Township Office, 134 Morgan Street, Fife Lake, MI 49633.

A copy of the draft Village of Fife Lake Marihuana Ordinance is available upon request to the Village of Fife Lake at 616 Bates, P.O. Box 298, Fife Lake MI 49633 or by phone at ​(231) 879-4291. The draft ordinance is also available for review on the Fife Lake Township website at www.fifelaketwp.com/documents/draftvillagemarihuana. Please note that this draft ordinance applies only to the Village of Fife Lake (Fife Lake Township has already adopted a marihuana ordinance).

Written comments regarding the draft ordinance will be accepted until June 14, 2022 at 5:00pm at the Village of Fife Lake Office attn. Fife Lake Area Planning Commission by mail or during regular office hours at 616 Bates, P.O. Box 298, Fife Lake MI 49633. Please note that comments received after June 10, 2022 may not be included in planning commissioner’s meeting packets and, therefore, may not be read prior to the meeting.
